How do I log in or activate my account?
Click the link at the top right corner of the page where it says “Member Login”. Enter your username and password where indicated. First time users select "First Time Login" to activate your account. You will need to provide your last name and constituent ID number. If you do not have your constituent ID number please contact Alumni Relations at: alumni@naz.edu or (585) 389-2472.

I forgot my username or password

On the login page, there are links underneath the login form that give you instructions on how to recover your username or password. In both cases, you will enter the e-mail address you used when registering your account and an email will be sent to you with either your username or a link to reset your password.

When I try to reset my username and/or password, I'm told my e-mail address can't be found
This means that the system has a different e-mail address associated with your account - perhaps you are using a different e-mail address and did not update your account information. Contact the Office of Alumni Relations at (585) 389-2472 or alumni@naz.edu.

How do I access the Alumni Directory?

There is a link to the online directory under the purple tab at the top of the page for Alumni Community. You must be logged in to view the directory.

Where can I find Class Notes?
There is a link to Class notes under the purple tab at the top of the page for Alumni Community. To look up your class page, or the page of another class, go to the Groups page and search for the year you are looking for.

How do I register for Reunion?
The Reunion 2010 registration form will be posted at a later date. Until then, check out the Reunion 2009 page for more information.

How do I update my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Use the different tabs at the top of the page to update different sections of your account. Make sure to save your changes.

Can I change my chapter affiliation?
Your chapter affiliation is set automatically based on the address you provide in your account information. To change your affiliation, update your primary mailing address to match your new location.
