Transcript Information

Alumni may order transcripts online at the Registrars web site or by contacting the Registrar's Office at (585) 389-2800.

Nazareth alumni who graduated in May 2003 or later now have the option to order transcripts online via secure server using a credit card. Transcripts can still also be ordered via mail for alumni graduated before May 2003 or those wishing to use or pay by check.

Generally, transcripts ordered online will be mailed the next business day; all other transcript orders will be sent within two business days. NOTE: During the first and last two weeks of a semester this process may take as long as two business weeks.

Location and Hours:
The Registrar's Office is located in the lower level of Smyth Hall, Room 1. Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when classes are in session. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when classes are not in session. Summer hours, beginning in mid-May and ending in late-August, are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Transcript request forms are available off hours in a forms rack directly outside the Office and can be deposited through the slot in the Registrar's office door.
