Ordering a Transcript
The Registrar's Office is pleased to announce that all alumni can now order official transcripts on-line through our partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse. The cost is $7.50 per mailing address.
- Alumni with NazNet access: log in to NazNet and under the Nat'l Student Clearinghouse section, select "Transcript Request"
- Alumni without NazNet access: visit www.getmytranscript.com. For security, you will need to fax a signature authorization page to the Clearinghouse (step by step, easy to follow directions are provided!)
Generally, transcripts ordered online will be mailed the next business day; all other transcript orders will be sent within two business days. Questions? Please contact us at (585) 389-2803.
Location and Hours
The Registrar's Office is located in the lower level of Smyth Hall, Room 1. Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. when classes are in session. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. when classes are not in session.
Summer hours, beginning in mid-May and ending in late-August, are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. - Noon. Transcript request forms are available for print online here, or stop by the Registrar's Office to place an order.
